A Life is Sacred

As we gather in our circle on this rainy spring morning with a fire burning warm and bright, I invite you to consider the way you see life. Are you looking through literal eyes today or are you able to see with symbolic sight? Have you balanced the stranglehold of daily details that can overwhelm with the hawk's eye view that brings higher perception?

The balancing of both is what I aim toward and what was on my mind last week as I helped my daughter paint, declutter, and clean. I could feel clarity arriving on a clean slate. It is her life and yet I was able to witness the coming together of support both from physical and universal sources. It is a deep honor to experience another's life.

My work as a life coach is sprinkled with samplings of each person's life and I feel honored to be a witness to the sacred space that is a person, that is a life. The trust that is built between people caring in the same direction goes beyond words. I falter at conveying what happens in the present moment of being with another so I hope that the energy beyond my words brings my message. I sit in gratitude for the sacred witnessing.

Many life coaches are changing their titles and I honor their path. There are now stress coaches, focus coaches, wellness coaches, relationship coaches, and on and on. I continue to be your life coach which means that whatever is going on in your life is what we explore together. We start where you stand. I am here to hear you. I travel with you supporting, inspiring, and helping you love and trust yourself so that no matter what comes, you are okay. In that space is where you can bloom from your core self.

Spring is a beautiful time to bloom!
