Today our circle gathers on our beloved earth with woven caps pulled tightly over our ears and woolen gloves warming our fingers. Our cheeks are chilled bringing vitality to our beings. Today is warm compared to what may come in the days ahead. I invite you to take a wintry walk among the earthly elements.
As you walk, I invite you to consider what you need to say and to whom. Many are saying what needs to be said and I invite you to remember that we can be firm and nice in our delivery. Settle into the gentleness of self and feel what you are inclined to share. Breathe in and out the polarities and release any emotional charge. Now what do you really want to say from that seed of self that is powerful, gentle, and strong? Go ahead and say it now. Then let it go. Feel that your energy is more in the present now and rejoice in the more collected core of you.
