This is a Question from a client and my Reply on Working with Earth Energies
Question
I woke up in the middle of the night Monday...I had the most horrendous headache imaginable. I'd sent an email to a friend and she shared that she had the same thing going on and then said "probably warning sign of an earthquake about to happen." I turned on the news at 5, and was horrified to hear about the earthquake in Haiti.
Did you have any of this body trauma going on yesterday? If so...how on earth do you process it or protect yourself from it.

I hear you loud and clear about being impacted by the earth energies. It is a fine line of discernment to feel the energies of life and to differentiate what is ‘ours;’ ‘theirs;’ and the earths. As sensitives we are constantly picking up on the energy of oneness of which we are all a part and our own unique rhythm.
Experience is the best teacher. I often coach people to ask their bodies: “Is this mine?” when a new symptom appears.
If the answer is ‘yes,’ ask “What do you want me to know?” “What do you want me to do?” and “What needs to happen for healing?” These are miraculous in shifting body/pain.
If the answer is ‘no,’ then ask the symptom to leave – to return to the Light. We don’t have to bring the earth energies through our bodies even though many of us have agreed to do part of this work in helping Mother Earth to heal.
If you hear ‘both’ that means it is work that is helping you and helping the earth. I hope that makes sense.
Many report symptoms, including an underlying anxiety in the days before the earthquake and other natural and human disasters. Feeling the energies is never-ending and we do have a choice about our part in the work.
When I see a vision that might be a premonition, I act as if it is alive and I ask it questions to help discern what my role is in receiving the message. The earth is making many shifts and the visions may come to fruition or the earth may find another way to heal/deal with the needed shifts. When we watch from a neutral perspective and honor and yet do not attach to the outcome, life has a way of taking care of itself.
I welcome your responses and the sharing of your experiences. We learn from each other.
Peace,
Dane
